How to Order

‣ I will communicate through twitter, email and discord ONLY
‣ Rush orders (one week) are an additional 35% of initial cost
‣ I accept written descriptions
‣ Please specify if you want the art to become a PNG or not so that I can make an open and closed mouth version with no extra cost.
‣ Specific deadlines should be mentioned in the DM, if one needs an artwork on a specific date.

Process

‣ After payment has been received I will add your commission to my QUEUE
‣ Turnaround time is 2-4 weeks
‣ I send updates in the following order: 1. sketch 2. base lines 3. base color, before completing your commission
‣ I will do any changes when you receive the initial sketch, afterwards any major alteration after the initial sketching phase results in a $10 fee
‣ I will do color changes after I send the base colors, afterwards the rules above applies.
‣ Files will be send via DM/Email
‣ Finished pieces may or may not be posted online. If the client wishes the artwork to not be shared, it will be held confidential.

Payment & Refunds

‣ Refunds are NOT applicable after the sketching phase.
‣ Payments will be made through Paypal (or if local; etransfer) with USD ($) as currency.
‣ Payments must be sent before I start working on the art.
‣ Tips are not mandatory but greatly appreciated!

Rush & Delays

‣ Rush orders must be done TWO WEEKS in advance
‣ Making your commission a priority adds on +35% of the commission total
‣ In the event of a delay you will be informed accordingly and refunded the rush fee
